General Terms of Use apply to all transactions between Ver-Ker Ltd. and the Customer.

 

Order process

You can place your order by phone on  +36 (1) 388-0770 or e-mail at verker@ver-ker.hu.

Please be advised that we can only accept orders by the above telephone number or e-mail. In our shops on Hernád Street and Pannónia Street it is not possible to place an order. In all cases, please provide your billing and shipping address (if different from your billing address) and telephone contact information.

 

Delivery and payment terms

Orders placed by phone or e-mail will be delivered to you anywhere in Hungary and Europe with the help of the GLS courier service, but of course personal pick-up is free at our shop and warehouses.

When will I receive my package?
If prepayed: your package will arrive within 1-3 business days of receiving the transfer. If you request cash on delivery, the delivery time is 1-2 business days, but in most cases the packages arrive the next day.

 

Payment methods

Cash on delivery: If you choose cash on delivery, the payment will be made to the GLS courier at the time of receipt, which may be in cash or by credit card. In the case of cash on delivery, we will charge you extra by credit card. Cash on delivery only applies to domestic parcel delivery.

Bank Prepayment: If you choose bank transfer/prepay, we will invoice your order and the shipping cost, and send it to the email address you provide. Once the amount has been received, the package containing the original invoice will be given to the courier.

Payment in our shop: Of course, it is possible to buy in person in our shops, you can pay cash or credit card, as all our shops have a bank terminal. The credit card shopping must exceed HUF 5.000.
